Ciao bella gente! 


Hi there! I am a 23 year old Dallas native who graduated from Mississippi State University in May 2018 with a B.A. in Public Relations & Social Media Management. My day to day is a little hectic with a full time gig at a PR firm in Dallas, running social media & event campaigns, writing, editing, taking classes for my Master's degree and going on adventures with my boyfriend. My priorities in life are my faith, family and friends. 

I started this blog to be 100% myself and share the good, the bad and the ugly with all of you. I am going to be raw and real with you all whether it be with my faith, my life or my career...it will all be documented on here! 

 Looking forward to sharing my story with you! Buckle up and hold on tight because this is going to be a bumpy ride...

It all started with a TV show and an iconic character... Miss Samantha Jones from Sex in the City . My interest in public relations was sparked by the glitz and glam of the entertainment PR industry that was famously shown on this TV show. When I pursued my bachelor's degree, I had TWO goals.  Move to Los Angeles, CA Work in the entertainment industry  All I knew is that I had to get to California. So that is what I did. Why I Unplugged from Social Media

Did you know the global daily average time spent on social media in 2019 was 144 minutes? That is almost three hours focused solely on social media platforms. Don't get me wrong, social media has a multitude of benefits, from networking to connecting with family and friends, these platforms definitely have there strong suits.  But what happens when the notifications of likes and follows on a screen becomes more important than anything else?  This is what happened to me and I decided it was time for me to...
